Seafold is a beautiful property we manage in Seaton, Cornwall. Listed with our partners Unique Home Stays, with 4 bedrooms, its luxury features include a hot tub and cinema room.

A late booking in winter.
One Thursday, early in January, we received a call from Unique Home Stays asking if it would be possible to prepare the property for letting the next day. The obvious answer was “yes”.
Our ability to respond.
Leaning into our employed team of housekeepers and managers, supported by accredited trades, we mobilised our team into action with a sparkle clean, preparing the hot tub ready to temperature, the placement of a luxury hamper to welcome guests and arrival check of the property. At short notice, this stunning property was presented new and fresh as usual to Unique’s exacting standards.
