During a routine property check, we noticed that a major leak had occurred in the adjacent lane resulting in immediate and extensive costs to the owners.

Wanting to mitigate costly damage to the property and impact on letting revenues, Pebbles secured a prompt on-site meeting with contacts at South West Water.

Bringing together the right network of technicians and suppliers, the leak was fixed before incoming guests arrived on the upcoming Saturday.  As a result, costs were controlled and letting revenue was maintained because no further bookings were impacted by the event.
